All pieces to be of 12" CPVC… not PVC! (toxic!!) Length of cooler bed, subtract four inches and cut four lengths of cpvc. Width.. subtract 4" and divide by 3… cut six lengths. Then cut one of those lengths in half. This is what youll use to go out of the cooler… Use a hacksaw (not recommended) or Dremmel tool to cut slits about a third of the way through all pieces. Then youll need 4 Elbows and 5 Ts to put this all together… Watch video to see the basic idea of shape and where Ts and elbows belong… Email if need be… Ty..

Basics of Home Brewing: What is Iodophor?
Here’s a home brewing video I recommend. Or go Back To The Home Brewing Site
Iodophor is a food grade, no-rinse, iodine-based sanitizer widely used in commercial breweries and the food industry in general. It is a very effective sanitizer that can be used on any surface, but it is often misunderstood. Iodophor works by releasing iodine, and that release is the actual sanitizing action. Iodophor is a very effective contact sanitizer, requiring only 1 minute of contact time to thoroughly sanitize the equipment it comes in contact with. Diluted iodophor has a reddish-brown tint to it, and does stain fabrics as well as plastics. Be sure to read the label to obtain the correct dilution for the amount of cold water youre using (its important to only use cold water when using iodophor). Simply mix up a gallon of the solution, slosh it around your fermenter and brewing equipment, and give it a minute to do its thing.
